Memberships

We are members of the following inernational professional and educational organizations, whose missions we support:

INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY FOR EDUCATION THROUGH ART, PART OF UNESCO

We have joined the International Society for Education Through Art (InSEA), a non-governmental organization of the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), in 2011 as an organization member. InSEA, like its parent organization UNESCO (www.unesco.org), was founded in the aftermath of the Second World War and since then has dedicated its activities to the advancement of art education worldwide. Its mission is to support education through art as a natural means of learning at all periods of the development of the individual, fostering values and disciplines essential for full intellectual, emotional and social development of human beings in a community.

We hope this membership will support us in our mission to provide quality images for educational users throughout the world. Read more on www.insea.org

PICTURE ARCHIVE COUNCIL OF AMERICA

In early 2012, we have joined the Picture Archive Council of America, the trade organization in North America that represents the vital interests of stock archives of every size, from individual photographers to large corporations, who license images for commercial reproduction. Founded in 1951, its membership includes over 100 companies in North America and over 50 international members.

Through advocacy, education and communication, PACA strives to foster and protect the interests of the picture archive community. Humanline.com is an international member of PACA and supports the organization's standard of business practice that sustains the highest degree of honesty, integrity and fair play with clients, contributing artists, other stock agencies and vendors.
